Screw-Retained Crown

Screw-Retained Crown

Screw-retained full-contour crowns from Nakanishi are placed on top of a titanium base. These crowns offer high patient satisfaction and case success. Through the use of a screw interface to attach the crown to the abutment, cement is completely unnecessary in the operatory. Residual cement left below the margin during implant surgery is the most common cause of implant failure, which means our screw-retained crowns have no risk of this happening. In addition, these crowns are easily retrievable, safe, and noninvasive. The screw access hole is filled with composite and opaquer, which ensures lifelike esthetics.
